Products we built and run ourselves. None of these were client contracts.

  • ControllerRepair.ca Live

    Ordering, payment, shipping and booking for a Hamilton repair business, built from scratch. Customers anywhere in Canada order, pay and receive a prepaid shipping label without anyone handling the order by hand.

    • 200+ mail-in repair orders from across Canada in its first three months, plus local drop-off bookings.
    • Stripe payments, with card details never touching our systems. Each order runs exactly once, so no duplicate labels or emails.
    • Self-assessed to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and CAN/ASC-EN 301 549:2024 across all 41 pages, using automated, keyboard and NVDA screen reader testing.
    • Rated 4.9 stars across 14 Google reviews, and ranked first for "controller repair hamilton" as of October 2026.

  • Controller Workshop In daily use

    A native Windows application (C# and .NET) that runs the repair shop: customer and equipment records, a prioritized work queue, and device diagnostics and calibration over USB. Data stays on-site, with automatic backups, full undo history and a privacy mode that blurs personal details during screen sharing.

  • Waybill.Supply 2026, closed

    A Canadian shipping label platform with carrier integrations, package tracking, user and employee accounts, tiered pricing, payments, admin dashboards and its own developer API, load-tested at 50 requests per second. It made about $1,000 in sales in its first week and closed when its carrier partner stopped operating.

  • Momentum In development

    A planning app for browser, Windows and Android, built from one TypeScript codebase. It works fully offline and syncs on reconnect. Each user's data is isolated by the database itself, sign-in secrets stay on the server, and 172 automated tests cover it.

This is a typical schedule. We follow the payment terms in your solicitation when it sets its own.
